Deborah has over 20 years' experience both as a freelance consultant and in senior roles in large corporate environments, delivering training and workshops. She specialises in supporting teams, individuals and organisations to understand why they do what they do and to explore their own unique change strategies. Deborah is innovative and creative, allowing the learning experience to provide a stimulus for original thinking.
David has many years experience of senior strategic marketing positions in the commercial and charity sectors and has a sound appreciation of the needs of a well-run, successful business.
He has particular expertise in facilitating strategic planning
workshops with leadership teams, following through to practical,
achievable action plans to help organisations deliver superior performance.
